Welcome to Vélo Bridal. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Products and Availability

We do our best to ensure product descriptions, images, colours, pricing and availability are accurate. As colours can appear differently across screens and devices, we cannot guarantee that the colour displayed on your device will exactly match the physical product.

If you're unsure which veil colour is right for you, we recommend ordering a colour swatch before purchasing.

All products are subject to availability. If we're unable to fulfil an order, we'll contact you as soon as possible and provide an appropriate solution or refund.

Orders and Payments

All prices displayed on our Australian store are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed and dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where there has been an obvious pricing error, suspected fraudulent activity or another reasonable issue preventing us from fulfilling the order. If payment has already been received for an order we cannot fulfil, a refund will be provided.

Shipping

Orders are dispatched from Brisbane, Queensland. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays.

Shipping options and applicable charges are displayed at checkout.

Our bridal veils and accessories are delicate and should be handled with care. Please follow any care instructions supplied with your product or available on our website.

Vélo Bridal is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, storage, ironing, steaming or use that is inconsistent with the supplied care instructions.
