Can I wear a veil with my hairstyle?

They drape naturally behind the dress while still providing beautiful movement as you walk.

How do your veils attach?

All of our veils are securely attached to a high-quality metal comb that's easy to slide into your hairstyle with the exception of our Bridal wings and capes that are secured with safety pins to attach to your dress.

Your hairstylist can position the comb exactly where you'd like it, whether that's above or below your bun or hairstyle.

How quickly will my order be dispatched?

We know wedding planning timelines can be tight, so we aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1–2 business days from our Brisbane studio.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.

What is your shipping policy?

All orders are sent locally from Brisbane via Australia Post using tracked Parcel Post satchels.
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday) from the date of purchase.

Please note that Australia Post may experience occasional delays, and some items may take longer to arrive than usual. Express Shipping is available at checkout and is typically delivered within 1-2 business days for most locations (this may vary depending on your area, e.g. WA). Express orders are shipped the next business day. If you need same-day dispatch, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Do you combine shipping?

Yes, we always combine shipping for your purchase when the items are purchased together in one transaction. If you are purchasing in two separate transactions, contact us and we will be able to combine.

Do you offer Express Shipping?

Yes. If your wedding is approaching, Express Post is available at checkout for eligible orders.

If you're unsure whether your veil will arrive in time, please get in touch before ordering and we'll happily advise you.

How can I track my package?

Once your item has been shipped, we will send you an email containing your shipping tracking number. You can then use this number to track your package through Australia Post.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item has been damaged during transit or you believe you've received a faulty product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Do you do international orders?

We unfortunately do not process international orders at this time.

What is your returns policy?

We want you to love your veil.

If your purchase isn't quite right, you may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund (less postage) or exchange, provided the item is:

• Unworn
• Unused
• In its original packaging
• In resaleable condition

Do you offer exchanges?

We offer a 30 day exchange period on veils, provided they are returned in perfect condition. Postage is at the customers expense.

How should I remove wrinkles from my veil?

Your veil may arrive with some light creasing from being carefully folded for shipping — this is completely normal.

We recommend hanging your veil for a day or two before your wedding to allow the tulle to naturally relax. For more stubborn creases, you can gently steam your veil on a low setting, keeping the steamer slightly away from the fabric.

Can I iron my veil?

We do not recommend ironing your veil, as direct heat can damage the delicate tulle or embellishments.

If your veil needs a little help relaxing, use a garment steamer on a low setting and keep it slightly away from the fabric. Avoid allowing the hot plate of the steamer to touch the veil.

How should I store my veil?

Keep your veil hanging in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture until your wedding day.

We recommend keeping it protected from makeup, hairspray, pets and anything that could catch or snag the delicate tulle. Avoid storing it tightly folded for long periods, as this can create additional creases.

Can I wash my veil?

We don't recommend machine washing or tumble drying your veil.

If your veil becomes marked, gently spot clean the affected area using cool water and a mild detergent, taking extra care around pearls, glitter, lace or other embellishments.

For significant staining or cleaning after your wedding, we recommend speaking with a professional cleaner experienced with bridal garments.

My veil has pearls/glitter/embellishments. Does it need special care?

Yes. Embellished veils should be handled gently to avoid catching or damaging the detailing.

When steaming, avoid concentrating heat directly on pearls, glitter, lace or other embellishments. When storing your veil, make sure it isn't pressed against anything that could snag the tulle or detailing.

Will the glitter on my veil shed?

No! Our glitter veils are designed with non-shedding glitter, so you can enjoy the sparkle without leaving a trail of glitter behind you.

Where are you located, can I try your veils on?

Yes! Our showroom is located in Griffin, Brisbane. Visits are by appointment only and can be made through contacting us or through our social pages.

We do recommend if you have your dress, colour swatch or offcuts of your dress to bring it with you, as we do have multiple shades of each style veil.

If an item you're interested in is currently out of stock, we typically receive new stock shipments every 2-4 weeks. However, replenishment times can vary depending on the specific product and designer availability. To get the most accurate information, we recommend signing up for email notifications on the product page for real-time updates on restocks. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service team who will be happy to provide an estimated restock timeline.

I have a question about my current order. What should I do?

When should I order my veil?

We recommend ordering your veil once you've chosen your wedding dress.

Ideally, order at least 2–3 months before your wedding so you have plenty of time to try everything together.

If your wedding is sooner, don't worry—we dispatch orders from Brisbane within 24–48 hours, and Express Post is available at checkout.
