All Vélo Bridal orders are carefully packed and dispatched from Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.
Processing Times
Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days. During particularly busy periods, processing times may vary slightly.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive shipping confirmation and tracking details where applicable.
Shipping Within Australia
We currently offer:
- Standard Shipping — $11
- Express Shipping — $17
- FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $150
Estimated delivery timeframes are shown at checkout and begin once your order has been dispatched.
Colour Swatches
Colour swatches receive free Standard Shipping within Australia.
New Zealand Shipping
We ship to New Zealand, with the following options:
- Standard Shipping — $20 AUD
- Express Shipping — $35 AUD
Any duties, taxes or import charges that may apply are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Delays
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timeframes are outside Vélo Bridal's direct control. While we'll always do our best to assist if something goes wrong, carrier delays may occasionally occur.

Additional postage charges may apply if an order needs to be resent due to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout.
